In 2024, STUDIOI progressed several landmark initiatives, including the second phase of Maryam Island—an urban coastal development that merges traditional and contemporary elements to foster a vibrant, eco-conscious community. Another key project is Ghaf Woods, a residential neighbourhood designed around a lush forested core.

As Lead Design Consultant and Supervision partner for the Sales Centre as well as Phases 1A and 1B, STUDIOI is helping to redefine urban living through nature-first, sustainable design principles.
