Amged joined us as a Senior Highways Design Engineer with more than 10 years of experience, designing Roads for major highways and urban projects in Africa, Middle East and Golf area.

 

He is also responsible for working on review/design alignments, profiles, and site grading/rough and detailed, typical cross-sections, preparing a complete set of drawings for projects through different design stages, and other critical Geometric/Design tasks. Also prepare BIM models for different roads and highways projects using Civil 3D to provide earthwork cross-sections, assembly, corridor, finished road Surface, volumetric calculation, utility clash study, road signs & pavement marking model. Also, long experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, surfer and Advanced Road design.

He has good experience in Traffic and Transportation Planning, Modelling and design, planning of traffic circulation plans for transit terminals, modelling total urban transport systems for demand supply equilibrium, feasibility studies and planning for fly-overs, by passes, bridges, roads and urban traffic systems, small cities, toll roads etc.
