Project Manager

Ayah Ahmed is a Project Manager currently working as a part of SIEC’s Design team where she uses her construction project management skills and experience on site to ensure a smooth transition of projects from early design stages up to construction delivery. Her involvement from the preliminary stages in understanding client requirements through to design management and eventual project execution, delivery and hand over has ensured a thorough coordination in work flow throughout the project lifecycle. She is also partially involved with the Business Development department to assist in extending SIEC’s reach locally and internationally.


Ayah joined SIEC as an Assistant Resident Engineer (Acting RE) supported by her previous experience with Nshama Development as a Client Representative were she was part of the team leading the Town Square Development and various construction projects within this community for around 3 years. In addition to this, she has around 2 years of experience in the F&B industry as a Group Project Engineer working for Neeren Investment Development.  Before this her first working experience started at Turner Construction International were she was a part of the Downtown District Project delivery team.


Her education includes a BSC in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and an MSC in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University.  She has been an active student throughout her academic life and has obtained a number of awards in that regard.
