Position Summary:

This role represents a skilled BIM software modeling author mainly in Architecture. Experienced Revit
modeler to upgrade concept design 3D models for later technical stages of the project, for 2D drawings, schedules and AIM model output.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or Engineering.

  • 3+ years of recent, progressive Revit experience, preferably Revit Architectural

  • Proficient in Revit Software and AutoCAD

  • Navisworks / clash detection experience

  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization

  • Ability to work under deadline pressure

  • Excellent communication skills with team members within the office

  • Must be a team player.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Revit modeling for architecture and other disciplines coordination as required.

  • Work under direction of design professionals and BIM Coordinator

  • Ensure construction documents’ accuracy based on discipline Revit modeling.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design-changes and model challenges.

  • Adhere to Revit project workflow criteria.

  • Follow Revit content standards and development procedures.

  • May take the lead on developing some discipline-specific Revit modeling content for project.

  • Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.

  • Prepare own discipline model and/or content for Revit coordination.

  • Develop detailed design drawings using Revit software

  • Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design, layout, or detail components of the project

  • Draw and detail plans based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data

  • Modification of drawings with necessary changes
