CIVIL ENGINEER (EMIRATI)

 

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and water supply systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and a proven track record in delivering successful projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Management:

• Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

 

Design and Analysis:

• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments.

• Create detailed designs and engineering drawings using CAD software.

• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety and stability of structures.

 

Construction Oversight:

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

 

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and any changes to the scope of work.

• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

 

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.

• Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.
   

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and contractors.

• Participate in team meetings and provide input on project planning and execution

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
