Role requirements:

  • The Design Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects within a multi-disciplinary firm.

  • Be able to Establish & maintain project design schedules.

  • Manage and minute all meetings with the clients/Consultants.

  • Review, monitor and Report on project design Progress.

  • Be responsible for coordinating with the Project Architect regarding the content for completion of weekly and monthly Report documents.



  • A Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering

  • PMP qualification or Experience required

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is beneficial but not required

  • Able to work all Microsoft Office softwares.

  • Good understanding of Primivera P6 or MSP.

  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading teams on commercial, hospitality and residential projects

  • You must be able to communicate in both written and verbal formats of English at a professional business level.
