SIEC have been commissioned by Nakheel to redevelop and enhance the Palm Marina East & West property on Palm Jumeirah by carrying out concept, schematic and detail design development.

SIEC very much recognize the need to develop a product that is cost effective, adaptable and efficient offering at the same time a sophisticated experience to yacht owners as well as diners and residents.

At the forefront of the design would be a fundamental focus on design simplicity in order to create an elegant and timeless design, which will reposition the site’s identity as the entry point to the 700 berth Palm Marina.

The report also explores some conceptual massing studies that look at the myriad design possibilities the site has to offer.
