AL WASL CLINIC

A contemporary approach to a medical clinic design in the Heart of Jumeirah.

The intention behind the development design was the desire to create a medical center where professional practitioners can lease space for their private practice.

A clear driver behind the design of the building is the creation of a light-filled and green space that would create a welcoming and friendly environment for patients.

Carefully selected materials would further enhance this ambition with two centrally organised courtyards around which the clinics are located.

With so many new clinics emerging in Jumeirah, there was a real need for this development to stand out from the others in its presence with F&B outlets aligned with the external public realm to activate this part of the city.
