The Opera District Downtown Dubai is set to be a significant cultural destination to promote arts, culture, and events scene. It will ensure a global exchange and promotion of local talent as well as a vibrant events venue.

The Opera District features luxury hotels, elegantly designed residential and serviced apartments, a retail plaza, waterfront promenades, recreational spaces and parks.

Plot C3 is situated in the heart of the Opera District, it is positioned fronting on to the Promenade, sits to the rear of the Opera Grand (Plot 63A) and is to the south east of Plot B4. The design of the Opera District Plot C3 will comprise the below grade and above grade design for this centrally positioned plot. Due to its position the development of Plot C3 will be pivotal to the success of the design and development of the whole Opera district.
