SITE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

 

Summary:

The ‘Electrical Engineer’ will be responsible for providing technical support to the Resident Engineer and for reviewing, monitoring, inspecting and supervising all Electrical Works for the construction phase of the Project. He/She shall have the responsibility for checking that the Contractor’s Works are carried out in accordance with the Contract. He/She will also be responsible for managing and other members of the Engineer’s staff (assistants and inspectors).

Summary:

A Senior Architect will be involved within the technical design team and responsible for implementing the project plan and ensuring all items of project deliverables are delivered on time.


Responsible for monitoring design and construction documentation and maintaining technical excellence on all projects including the required coordination with the other disciplines.

SENIOR ARCHITECT

 

Summary:

A Senior Architect designs and prepares building plans for the most complex, large-scale projects, coordinates implementation of projects, administers agreements with Consultants, Architects and Engineers.


A Senior Architect acts as the Lead Worker and interacts with other Staff Members and relevant departments within the Organization as well as outside Groups.

ARCHITECT

 

Summary:

An Architects create designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments. They use their specialist construction knowledge and high level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.


Architect stays involved throughout the construction process, adapting their plans according to budget constraints, environmental factors or client needs. They operate as part of an overall project team; they work closely with a range of construction professionals from quantity surveyors to building services engineers.

Summary:

Summary:

BIM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that their discipline’s model is created as per the applicable standards, spatially coordinated, and equipped with required information. They will also be required to prepare BIM files for the team, perform Navisworks clash coordination, maintain and regularly check model health, and assist BIM Manager in the creation of BIM Execution Plans. The role will also support in the maintenance and advancement of company’s BIM templates and standards.

SPECIFICATION WRITER

 

Summary:

Compiles, drafts, and finalizes technical specifications and bid proposals encompassing a wide range of materials, supplies, equipment, and services. Conducts thorough evaluations of existing specifications and bid documents, offering recommendations and implementing revisions when deemed essential. Additionally, formulates entirely new specifications and bid proposals as needed.

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

 

Summary:

Plan, design, and furnish interiors of large-scale, luxury projects, including hotels,  restaurants and private residences. Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended client purposes.

INTERIOR DESIGNER FF&E

 

Summary:

The Senior FF&E Designer will work under the direction of the Lead Interior Designer / Project Lead from Schematic Design Stage onwards.

INTERIOR DESIGNER BIM COORDINATOR

 

Summary:

The Interior BIM coordinator is responsible for generating and managing BIM models for Interior Design. In addition to modelling (creating, revising and inputting BIM models) and interior documentation skills, the coordinator will supervise other employees working with BIM models.


It is essential they have the verbal and written communication skills to succeed in this position. Previous experience in a similar role is generally preferred. Additionally, BIM coordinators must work well in a group setting, as well as on their own with minimal supervision.


They should be able to interpret and communicate with the lead designer to understand the design intent and coordinate with them to implement the latest designs or design changes. They should carry this through with the team through all drawing stages, including SD, DD, TD and IFC.

BIM MANAGER

SENIOR URBAN DESIGNER

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience required with experience in coordinating with clients, design team, and engineering disciplines.

  • Wide range of software skills including CAD, Sketchup, Adobe, Microsoft, Rhino, Revit, and GIS.

  • Strong portfolio of built projects

  • Experience working on large-scale local and international projects.

  • Excellent design, visualization, graphic, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Urban Planning.

  • Master degree in Urban Design or Urban Planning is an advantage.

DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER

 

Role requirements:

  • The Design Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects within a multi-disciplinary firm.

  • Be able to Establish & maintain project design schedules.

  • Manage and minute all meetings with the clients/Consultants.

  • Review, monitor and Report on project design Progress.

  • Be responsible for coordinating with the Project Architect regarding the content for completion of weekly and monthly Report documents.

PROJECT MANAGER /SENIOR ASSOCIATE

  • Understanding brief and project requirements

  • Understanding programme – Internal programme (2mths ahead) development and monitoring for internal / sub-consultant team alignment (this to align with master programme) Programme to carefully consider issue times to sub-consultants 2 weeks before final milestones.

UTILITY DESIGN ASSOCIATE-DRY

 

Summary:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HV,MV electrical telecommunications ,street lighting designs and authorities standards

  • Knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards

  • Knowledge of design/layout criteria pertinent to the discipline

  • Knowledge of utility design engineering software

  • Ability to make effective presentations on general topics.

BIM COORDINATOR

Summary:

The Civil Inspector will be responsible for providing technical support to the Resident Engineer / Structural Engineer and for reviewing, monitoring, inspecting and supervising all Civil / Structural works during the construction phase of the project. He/She shall have the responsibility for checking that the Contractor’s works are carried out in accordance with best practices, statutory and client requirements and in accordance to the IFC drawings and specifications.

 

ASSOCIATE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

 

Summary:

Under general supervision of the Head of Landscape Architecture and Director - Design, to develop/coordinate documents for functional programming, design and construction, and to provide design management for a variety of new developments, project cost estimates, reviews, bids and contracts of landscape projects.

 

BIM ARCHITECT

 

Summary:

The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing detailed architectural designs and construction models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. The BIM Architect will also be responsible for collaborating with internal and external design teams, maintaining project schedules, and prepare detailed design, IFT and IFC drawings

 

BIM LEAD

 

Summary:

As a BIM Lead, you will oversee the implementation of BIM methodologies, manage the development of 3D models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM into the project lifecycle. Utilize your expertise to enforce BIM standards, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and construction teams. Drive innovation and efficiency through the strategic application of BIM technologies in all phases of the project.

 

DESIGN TECHNICIAN - DRY UTILITIES

 

Summary:

Drafts man -Dry Utilities has the overall responsibility for Preparing the Following:

  • utility Cross sections as Per RTA standard for Private development & Governmental development.

  • Dry utility networks, such as HV, MV, LV, Telecom, Streetlighting, ITS, ICT etc.

  • Infrastructure layouts (Utilities & Roads) in UAE & KSA with RTA, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC & SEC standards.

 

RECEPTIONIST (UAE National)

 

Summary:

The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
