Position Summary:

The Document Controller will manage the flow of documentation within the company, ensuring that all documents are stored, shared, and retrieved efficiently and securely. This role is crucial for maintaining the organization and accessibility of documents related to architectural projects, particularly those managed through Aconex and BIM 360 platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with these systems and a strong understanding of architectural design processes. Experiences with other design consultancies or construction companies is mandatory.



  • Document Management:

    • Maintain an organized document control system for all project documentation.

    • Ensure that all documents are properly categorized, filed, and stored for easy retrieval.

    • Control the issuance of documents and ensure that any changes or revisions are managed effectively.

  • Aconex and BIM 360 Management:

    • Manage and maintain project documentation within Aconex and BIM 360 platforms.

    • Train team members on the use of Aconex and BIM 360 to ensure compliance with company standards.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the use of Aconex and BIM 360.

  • Quality Control:

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure document control processes are being followed.

    • Verify that documents comply with project requirements and company standards.

    • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Facilitate communication and information exchange between project team members, consultants, contractors, and clients.

    • Coordinate the distribution of documents to relevant parties in a timely manner.

    • Serve as the point of contact for all document control-related queries.

  • Project Support:

    • Assist in the preparation of reports, project documentation, and presentations as needed.

Support project managers and team members with document-related tasks.


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control within an architectural or construction environment.

  • Proven experience with Aconex and BIM 360 document management systems.

  • Strong understanding of document control principles and practices.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • English fluency for effective communication.

  • Advanced knowledge of Aconex and BIM 360 platforms.

  • Familiarity with general architectural design processes and terminology.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the project team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
