JUNIOR ENGINEER DRY UTILITIES
Summary:
The individual is experienced in data collection and validation and specializes in creating master plans for utility corridors, ROW, and utility plot allocation. They have a strong infrastructure background and expertise in load demand estimation, network design, power distribution, and managing CAD technicians. They ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, prioritize safety, collaborate with other disciplines, and provide design support during construction. They review drawings, support team development, manage diverse teams, attend meetings, and identify opportunities for improvement in client service.
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Summary:
The role involves conducting detailed electrical engineering building services design and verifying the results through hand calculations. It includes preparing technical specifications, schedules, and design development reports. The candidate will plan and manage CAD input, with a focus on utilizing BIM for design-related issues. Represent the company at meetings with clients, professionals, and suppliers. Ensuring junior staff are informed of important decisions and achieving company and client objectives is crucial. The candidate will coordinate work with other project team members, contribute to discipline engineering on multiple projects from start to finish, and collaborate with other disciplines. They should be able to deliver electrical services designs with minimal supervision, add value beyond their discipline, and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork.
ROADS / HIGHWAYS DESIGN ENGINEER
Summary:

Preparation of all design stages of road geometry, signing and marking, ancillary works of major urban and inter-urban road projects, incorporating tunnels, sophisticated grade separation interchanges, and service roads, investigation of alternatives, route selection, and preparation of the main items of bill quantities.

Design of grade-separated interchanges and complex interchanges.

Design of junctions of roundabouts and signalized junctions both horizontally and vertically, and the development of site grading.

Design the Roads in 3D environment.

Design of road cross-sections and generating earthwork quantities from the 3D model.
WET UTILITIES ENGINEER
Summary:
-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of related work experience.
-
Strong experience in the design of potable water, irrigation, fire-fighting, stormwater, and sewerage networks design including primary, secondary and tertiary parts.

Knowledge of conflict resolution of utilities, modelling software’s like Navisworks, Bentley Navigator, Autodesk civil 3D
-
Knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards especially in the UAE and KSA
-
Knowledge of utility design engineering software like water Gems, Sewer Gems, Pipe2CAD and, Rain CAD.
ROADS CAD/BIM TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of all design drawings of road geometry, signing and marking, Longitudinal Sections, Typical Cross sections, Grading and ancillary works of major urban and inter-urban road projects and service roads.

Understanding of the Coordinates system / Datum and knowledge in Topographic survey and drawings preparation.
-
Uses AutoCAD and MicroStation system to enter the required data, such as precise measurements and commands, in order to generate design drawings, renderings, report graphics or other digital images.

Develops, organizes and prepares a variety of considerably complex layouts, drawings and designs from written or verbal specifications, or from rough or detailed sketches and/or drawings made by technical professionals, converting paper documents into computerized files.

Develops and maintains standards and symbols to meet specialized needs of a particular project or to facilitate or improve CAD utilization. Writes procedures and distributes these to other CAD users inside and outside own department.

Work closely with BIM Lead and Design Leads to ensure the project’s compliance with the given policies and processes, and to ensure timely implementation and completion

SENIOR ENGINEER DRY UTILITIES
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Experienced in data collection, and validation. Prepare concept to detail master plan in terms of utility corridors, ROW, Utility plots space allocation in coordination with wet utilities, roads, architects, master planners, and other disciplines

Strong infrastructure background with previous working experience with infrastructure projects.

Load demand estimation, MV and LV network, ICT, telecom network, and street lighting network design from concept, detail, and IFC stages.

Power network design for 33kV, 11/13.8kV, and LV network including substations, LV distribution equipment, ducts, manholes, etc.

Prepare /Review clarifications to Contractor RFI’s, review/approve any key technical submittals related to electrical and dry utilities

Manage and guide CAD technicians
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Summary:
A Senior Interior Designer will be involved with the technical design team and be responsible for managing the project and ensuring all items of the project deliverables are delivered on time. They will be responsible for monitoring the design and construction documentation and maintaining technical excellence on all projects including the required coordination with other disciplines. They will be expected to be able to manage the in-house documentation team and FF&E team and coordinate with other disciplines and implement the QA / QC processes before every submission to ensure high quality of work.
INTERIOR BIM TECHNOLOGIES
Summary:
The Interior BIM Technologist has modeling and interior documentation skills to help on a drawings package and will be expected to modify drawings for all existing and new projects under general supervision. They will be able to interpret and communicate with the designer to understand the design intent and carry this through all drawing stages including SD, DD, TD, and IFC.

Summary:
