France is an Electrical Design Engineer from the Philippines. Acquired Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Far Eastern University – East Asia College, Manila.

With experience as Design / estimate engineer and also Site engineer-in-charge during his tenure in Taikisha Philippines Inc which mainly focused on industrial plant design.

He came and started working in the Middle East with SSH since 2016.

He started working in SIEC since 2021 as Electrical Design Engineer, which focused on Hospitality, Commercial and Residential projects.
