SIEC’s design brief was to create a luxurious but comfortable office.  Our task was to adhere to the Client’s preferred style which was emphasising comfortable open spaces and clean lines, light finishes with greenery.

The interiors evoke a feeling of “breathable space” upon entering the office area. Colour and materials are mainly neutral, with incorporation of natural materials such as wood, marble finish, fabric and muted toned wallpaper. Colours of the Square Properties logo was incorporated in the internal space to reflect the company branding
