SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Summary:
The ‘Civil / Structural Engineer’ will be responsible for providing technical support to the Resident Engineer and for reviewing, monitoring, inspecting and supervising all civil/structural works for the construction phase of the Project. He/She shall have the responsibility for checking that the Contractor’s Works are carried out in accordance with the Contract. He/She will also be responsible for managing and other members of the Engineer’s staff (assistants and inspectors).
SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER / MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Summary:
The ‘Mechanical Engineer’ will be responsible for providing technical support to the Resident Engineer and for reviewing, monitoring, inspecting and supervising all Mechanical Works for the construction phase of the Project. He/She shall have the responsibility for checking that the Contractor’s Works are carried out in accordance with the Contract. He/She will also be responsible for managing and other members of the Engineer’s staff (assistants and inspectors).
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Summary:
The ‘Electrical Engineer’ will be responsible for providing technical support to the Resident Engineer and for reviewing, monitoring, inspecting and supervising all Electrical Works for the construction phase of the Project. He/She shall have the responsibility for checking that the Contractor’s Works are carried out in accordance with the Contract. He/She will also be responsible for managing and other members of the Engineer’s staff (assistants and inspectors).
HERITAGE ARCHITECT/
ARCHAEOLOGIST
Responsibilities:

Conservation Architect with specific experience in Master planning/design/works supervision/management of cultural heritage sites.

Knowledge of computer and main software, such as Windows Office, Primavera, Microsoft Project, 2D/3D AUTOCAD, In Design, rendering software, Photoshop, etc.

Coordinate project planning tools and tactile execution of projects.

Support client requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Produce heritage constructability content for feasibility studies and functional and budgetary studies.
RESIDENT ENGINEER
Summary:
The ‘Resident Engineer’ (RE) will be responsible as the Engineer’s Representative for checking that the Contractor’s Works are carried out in accordance with the Contract. He/She will also be responsible for managing and directing all other members of the Engineer’s staff (assistants). He will therefore be the Site Team Leader during the construction phase of the Project.
