SIEC draw inspiration from the mangroves views, the sea channel along the edge of the site and the neighbouring open beach of Saadiyat Island. We look for inspiration from our natural and manmade surroundings.

In order to maximise the value of our design team has establised four seamlessly integrated living environments composed of a Marina, Beachside, Lagoon and Parkside with sea views.

One of the key drivers behind our proposal is the creation of an environmentally sensitive pedestrian development that allows all residents to have direct access to the various community amenities and facilities. This design will help the residents to promote a healthy outdoors lifestyle for most of the year.
