A contemporary approach to a medical clinic design in the Heart of Jumeirah.

The intention behind the development design was the desire  to create a medical center where medical practitioners can lease space for their private practice.

​

A clear driver behind the design of the building is the creation of a light-filled and green space that would create a welcoming and friendly environment for patients. 

​

Carefully selected materials would further enhance this ambition with two centrally organised courtyards around which the clinics are located.

​

With so many new clinics emerging in Jumeirah, there was a real need for this development to stand out from the others in its presence with F&B outlets aligned with the external public realm in order to also activate this part of the city.
