As Executive Director, Nima Alborz leads the multi-disciplinary teams at STUDIOI. With 30 years of experience in Real Estate Development, Consultancy and Construction industries he has spearheaded high-quality projects and contributed to the company’s growth as a founding member. Nima’s many years as on the client side, brings a development mindset in leading a Design based organization which aligns our client’s aspirations with the works produced.
Before STUDIOI, Nima held senior management roles at Emaar Properties, Al Ghurair Properties, and Tourism Development and Investment Company. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics from Western University in Canada, as well as an MBA in Finance and International Business from the prestigious Ivey School of Business. Nima is a Chartered Engineer (CEng.), a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStruct.E) in the UK, and a Professional Engineer (PEng.) in Ontario Canada.
