He started his career in India and worked at an Architectural firm for 2 years.

He has been involved in designing a wide range of projects which include retail, office, residential, hotel, villa, school, showrooms, stadium and educational buildings.

Phillip has worked with the Concept Design Team on numerous projects and competitions at various stages of design development from concept to tender stage, active participation in design development, planning and layout, organization of drawings and standards, coordinating Architectural, Structural and MEP design issues related to the evolution of concept designs and compiling meaningful packages for submission.
