Coffee Talk is SIEC management's strategy to improve interaction among employees.
We believe that all discussions are better over good cups of coffee, so instead of the usual meetings in the office, we take a break and pick a nearby coffee shop to unwind and discuss.
Each month, we choose a topic to talk about and invite members from different departments to participate. This activity aims to promote healthy discussions and encourages employees to share ideas and suggestions for the continuous improvement of our work environment.
