She graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology in Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Construction Management and earned units in B.S. Architecture.

 

Racelle has demonstrated a history in working with numerous organizations across UAE, Qatar, Singapore and Philippines.

 

And involved in the successful delivery of renowned projects such as Dubai Expo 2020 Pavilions for Poland, Algeria & Hungary, Lusail Light Rail Transit in Qatar, and Singapore Liquified Natural Gas Project in Jurong Island, Singapore.
