The Saadiyat Beach Resort Master Plan comprises a Resort Hotel component with associated spa and health facilities together with chalets, hotel rooms and serviced apartments that will be operated by one hotel brand. Alongside this component will sit zones dedicated to private residential beach villas, luxury villas, branded and serviced apartments and a centrally located ladies club.

The Super Luxury Villa has a ground floor dedicated to day to day and famility activities as well as an outdoor area to enjoy the weather most part of the year.

The first floor is dedicated for the bedrooms and night activities.

The front facade allow the visitors to park the car at the main entrance while the back side has an infinity pool and shade areas to enjoy the outside.

The villa has been heavily influenced by the Contemporary Style of Architecture as demonstrated in the visuals of the design proposal.
