THE HABITAT

Dubai Hills Estate Development is targeted as a high-quality residential community with a land area of 10,835,456 sqm located on Umm Suqeim road and Al Khail Road. The project will be divided into districts offering golf course, villas, townhouses, apartments, parks, retail, different sports activities fields, schools, and mosques.


SIEC has been appointed to provide design services for The Habitat Residential and Retail Development on Plot PA-16.0001.


The development on plot PA-16.001 is a purpose-built and purpose -designed destination for young individuals. The development comprises of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments across three towers.


Within walking distance to Dubai Hills Mall via link, Dubai Hills Park and the pedestrian-friendly Dubai Hills Boulevard, with major roads connecting the area to the wider city, occupants of PA-16.0001 will have seamless access to the destination of their choice.
