ROAD / HIGHWAY DESIGN ENGINEER 

 

Job Description:

 

SIE is looking for a highly qualified roads design engineer with excellent knowledge in Civil 3d & infraworks software with the below qualifications for a full-time job.

 

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5-8 years of related highway/road network engineering experience.

• Highly proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D & infraworks, Autodesk civil 3d certified is a plus.

• Civil 3D modeling including setup and use of alignments, profiles, surfaces, assemblies, corridors, and earthwork quantity calculations.

• Capable of preparing plans and profiles, detailed cross sections, grading, drainage, and site improvement designs.

• Experience with general AutoCAD

• Producing documents with MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with applying drafting standards

• Able to work in a team environment

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail with the capability of recognizing conflicts and discrepancies

• General knowledge of engineering principles
