Selma joined SIA as a senior architect in 2022., with a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Faculty of Architecture, University of Sarajevo.

Prior to SIA she gained experience in project and construction company, based in Sarajevo, where she had the chance to take part in various stages of project design, supervising projects and teams from design up to construction phase.

​

She worked as an external collaborator with several local and foreign companies, which enabled her to gain experience in various building typologies (Industrial, Sports, Housing, Monumental buildings, Military facilities, etc). She was a board member at SEE Change net, an urban think tank that specialized in climate change and sustainability.
