This Airport is located in a remote section of North-Western Arab country and will be the primary means for guests to reach the new resort development. The appointed scope of works for the airport includes the development of the airport masterplan, engineering design and coordination with Partners designed main passenger terminal and air-traffic control tower.

SIEC also provided the Design and Engineering services of several ancillary buildings which included the Air traffic control Technical building, Main and Airside/landside gatehouses, Type A, B/C and maintenance hangars, as well as the staff, admin and cargo building, and also the Rescue and firefighting station.
