Syed joins us as a QA/QC -Architectural Inspector. Prior to joining SIEC, he worked for Parsons International Limited.

 

Syed holds a degree in Architecture since 2010. During his education period which lasts 5 years, he loved to visualize things in 3D and hence he had learned AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup softwares.

 

He went to Saudi Arabia in 2013 to start his career in the middle east. He has extensive experience working and delivering large infrastructure projects like Riyadh Metro Project which is considered to be the largest metro in the world having a length spread across 175KM in the whole Riyadh city. It had a total of 85 stations including deep underground stations, elevated stations, grade stations and Iconic stations. Syed felt honored to work on this complex billion-dollar project which took his site supervision skills to the next level.

 

Syed was working under well renowned US-based company Parsons International Limited spread all over the middle east. He had experience working in Hi-Rise buildings as well. The client was the Ministry of Defense and Aviation Saudi Arabia. The project was located inside the Prince Sultan military medical city hospital located in the heart of Riyadh. The project was two buildings, one of them was an 11 story medical tower building (20,700 sqm) and the other was a 7 story Psychiatry building (14,500) SQM. This project gave Syed in-depth knowledge of hospital facilities as well as finishing materials associated with each kind of facility.

 

Syed has experience in handling intense exterior facade works as well as complex interior finishing works.
