INTERIOR DESIGNER BIM COORDINATOR
Summary:
The Interior BIM coordinator is responsible for generating and managing BIM models for Interior Design. In addition to modelling (creating, revising and inputting BIM models) and interior documentation skills, the coordinator will supervise other employees working with BIM models.
It is essential they have the verbal and written communication skills to succeed in this position. Previous experience in a similar role is generally preferred. Additionally, BIM coordinators must work well in a group setting, as well as on their own with minimal supervision.
They should be able to interpret and communicate with the lead designer to understand the design intent and coordinate with them to implement the latest designs or design changes. They should carry this through with the team through all drawing stages, including SD, DD, TD and IFC.
BIM MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience required with experience in coordinating with clients, design team, and engineering disciplines.

Wide range of software skills including CAD, Sketchup, Adobe, Microsoft, Rhino, Revit, and GIS.

Required Qualifications

Role requirements:

The Design Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects within a multi-disciplinary firm.

CIVIL INSPECTOR
Summary:
The Civil Inspector will be responsible for providing technical support to the Resident Engineer / Structural Engineer and for reviewing, monitoring, inspecting and supervising all Civil / Structural works during the construction phase of the project. He/She shall have the responsibility for checking that the Contractor’s works are carried out in accordance with best practices, statutory and client requirements and in accordance to the IFC drawings and specifications.
