WATER FRONT TOWER

SIEC was approached by Dubai Properties to design a residential tower in the heart of Business Bay on Plot 346-0628, located on Al Abraj street. 

The Employer is seeking to develop a prime waterfront residential project in Business Bay.

The Marasi Project, one of Dubai Properties’ landmark developments in Business Bay, has created tremendous value to the site which has stimulated the development of the waterfront area. 

In line with the Business Bay vision, these developments are aimed to add vibrancy, a sense of community, and placemaking in the district.

The Project looks at establishing an iconic residential waterfront project that will serve as a landmark building along the Dubai Canal and the Marasi Project (the section of Dubai Canal within Business Bay). 

The site is located across the canal from Bay Square and is surrounded by existing residential towers.
