STUDIOI has led the development of second phase at Maryam Island. This new development in the heart of Sharjah includes 389 units distributed across six thoughtfully designed blocks.
The design approach is driven by the goal of creating a residential environment that not only enhances its connection with the surrounding context but also fosters a sustainable and lush living experience.
Drawing inspiration from traditional building typologies, the design concept focuses on developing fortified towns that feature generous internal public spaces. This approach aims to offer its residents a harmonious and enriching living environment. The vision ensures meticulous monitoring of unit sizes and overall costs while maintaining the integrity of the external architecture to align with the client’s objectives.
