SZ21 project offers a sleek, sophisticated retail showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, harmonizing with adjacent buildings like the Audi showroom. Its clean front façade provides clear demising lines between the different spaces, allowing for prominent signage and dynamic digital advertising via a large LED screen.
The flexible open-plan design supports either three separate showrooms or one large retail space, catering to diverse business needs. The façade creates a focal point on Sheikh Zayed Road, ensuring maximum visibility. Additional features include a visitor drop-off area and parking.
Though the building permit allows for B+G+M+1, the original design is being updated to meet current market demands, offering a high-quality showroom space in a prime commercial location.
