STUDIOI envisioned an iconic building inspired by the concept of ice cubes suspended in the air. The structural design allocates loads to a central core, optimizing vertical transportation for the building’s three main components: Hotel, Service Apartments, and Offices.
A total of 9 passenger lifts and 2 service lifts will ensure efficient movement throughout the building. Additionally, the ballroom’s pre-function area is seamlessly connected to the main lobby with 3 more lifts, enhancing service levels without compromising building efficiency.
The placement of 3 hotel and 3 service apartment lifts along the side elevations allows for staggered termination on lower levels, maximizing the efficiency of higher and more valuable floors. This strategic lift arrangement ensures high service levels and optimal building functionality.
