The overall Meydan Masterplan is driven through creating a synergy between architecture and open space. To minimize visibility of the car park levels landscape slopes are merged with the building facades smoothly grading down to the main landscape areas forming a valley approach.

The extensive work with landscape slopes offers a sustainable approach to stormwater collection and prevention of floods. Further through manipulating the land forms shielded programmed spaces are created for sports, leisure, gathering or botanical interest. The Gym Pavilions are tucked into the sloped landscapes and disappear in the beautiful park landscape under trees and lush planting. Vehicle circulation is left to the periphery- which makes the landscape and its programming the highlight of the Meydan community.
