3D VISUALIZER

 

Position Summary:

The 3D Artist / Visualiser will work directly with members of the design team (Architecture & Interior Design) on the production of high-quality atmospheric images and illustrations to achieve photorealistic visualisations to a presentation standard whilst working to fixed deadlines. Transform basic graphical ideas like pictures, written texts or images into photo-realistic 3-dimensional graphics that are easy to understand and are attractive and eye-appealing.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred in a relevant field.

• 3 - 5 years’ experience working in an architectural/interior design firm.

• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and VRay/Corona (or similar) is essential.

• Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Sketchup (along with rendering plugins), is desirable.

• Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts

• Demonstrate the ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media

Job Responsibilities

• Construct/convert 3D models from Revit, AutoCAD, Hand sketches for presentations. Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or team-leads

• Rendering in 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop

• Assisting interior designers, architects or graphic designers in developing 3D schemes and details.

• Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models

• Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real-life objects using special rendering software

• Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively

• Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields

• Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
