PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR ASSOCIATE

 

Role:

• Understanding brief and project requirements

• Understanding programme – Internal programme (2mths ahead) development and monitoring for internal / sub-consultant team alignment (this to align with master programme) Programme to carefully consider issue times to sub-consultants 2 weeks before final milestones.

• Monitoring and leading coordination works between all disciplines

• Client / Team Interface

• List of Deliverables in alignment with contract. Monitoring of review of disciplines input & their accurate coordination with lead designers.

• Internal resource work allocation and monitoring

• Understanding all guidelines related to the project and extracting key points for design team development

• Highlighting all codes that are used in a clear spreadsheet for all the various assets in the project

• Weekly / Monthly reports updates

• Minutes of Meeting (with support from PA/Junior PM)

• Risk Register (with support from Team)

• Project Dashboard & Associated Items (we can use our internal dashboard for this)

• Ensure that quality assurance and review are carried out by the QA/QC team – Validation stage checklist is attached.

Qualifications:

• Architect  / Engineer background - 10+ years of experience with ideally training in Project Management
