Heinz is an Architect with over 13 years of work experience in Residential, Commercial, Educational and Transport related projects in UAE, South Africa and Botswana.

 

He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Pretoria and is registered as a Professional Architect with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession. Over the past 3 years, Heinz has managed and successfully delivered multiple 3-8 Storey Residential and Commercial projects from Concept to Construction stage.

 

Heinz is a dynamic, ambitious and pragmatic architect who possesses the design and development flair needed to plan, coordinate and be involved in all phases of an architectural project.

 

He also has good communication skills and client liaison ability as well as a strong technical understanding of the tectonics of a building.
