SIEC was approached by Dubai Properties to design a residential tower in the heart of Business Bay on Plot 346-0628, located on Al Abraj street. The client is seeking to develop a prime waterfront residential project in Business Bay.

The tower, one of Dubai Properties’ landmark developments in Business Bay, has created tremendous value to the site which has stimulated the development of the waterfront area.

In line with the Business Bay vision, these developments are aimed to add vibrancy, a sense of community, and placemaking in the district.

The Project looks to create an iconic residential waterfront project that will serve as a landmark building along the Dubai Canal.
