SIEC was approached to design the master plan which comprise a Resort Hotel component with health facilities together with chalets (individual villas) and big private villas on unique Al Homor Island located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Alongside this component will sit zones dedicated for recreation (tennis, basketball and horse ride route), organic farm, ferry yacht dock, staff accommodation and energy zone.

The arrangement of the hotel chalets and private villas on the island has been carefully positioned and oriented to afford uninterrupted sea view.

The landscape design has been staggered in plan to respect privacy as much as possible and balanced with a sustainable approach to water consumption across the entire site.
