JUNIOR ARCHITECT
Position Summary:
Junior Architect creates and modifies drawings for all existing and new projects under general supervision
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Aiding the technical team with all aspects of design development.

Support the design development of projects from concept to completion.

Assist on all drawing packages using Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and another drawing production base program to ensure full coordination and technical excellence are achieved prior to issue

Create detailed design drawings

Prepares final drawings by studying Architectural and Engineering sketches, and supporting documents; developing a layout of the project, components, and parts; drawing multiple views of the project, and components, depicting the relationship of components and parts and identifying dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, and materials.

Coordinate all information throughout the entire project.

Modifies drawings as per Architects and Engineers instructions

Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, and conferring with Architects and Engineers.

Support for all local authority compliance and code compliance.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
-
3-5 years of Architecture experience

Experience in Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and other drawing production base programs
-
Ability to work well within a team of other professionals

Familiarity with 3D drawings modeling-based programs
-
Requirements Analysis, Deadline-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Design Skills, Analyzing Information

Ensure adequate English to ensure correct spelling and grammar on all documentation.
