LOOTAH MALL
A first study of the existing retail facility indicates low usage and and uninspired facility.
Our interest is to create an environment that will draw people to it out of choice rather than out of necessity. This, in turn, will help add value to the retail asset drawing quality tenants to the development.
Our intention is to tie the existing to the new so that the proposed may feel like an extension of the new. This can be done in many ways including surface materials, landscaping, shaded canopies etc.
We are very keen that our intervention works closely with the existing landscape with minimal impact if possible. The idea of it being centered around a number of pavilions in a garden appeals to us as it would offer a unique experience in DIP.
