MEP COORDINATOR

 

Position Summary:

Coordinate all requirements, drawings, documents for all design discipline from the MEP team prior to submission of project.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and review all MEP drawings and documents for every project.

• Lead coordination meeting with Architectural, Structural team and other discipline to discuss design issues and requirements to ensure the designs is as per project requirement and quality.

• Facilitate technical checking of all aspect of MEP requirement such as completeness of project information submission, general drawing presentations, building compliancy, and NOC’s required for every project type.

• Ensure that all MEP drawing comments issued to the MEP team are complied, prior to the submission for their final building permit issuance.

• Providing technical support for incoming inquiries and queries

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree.

• Minimum 10 Experience with Engineering Consultancy Firms in the same role.  

• Must have Revit experience at least 5 years

• Familiar with mechanical systems (HVAC, firefighting, Plumbing Systems) and Electrical systems ( HV & LV networks, ELV systems such as Telecommunication, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access control, PAPX, Audio Video, cable containments)

• Must to be able to coordinate the MEP services using Revit modeling as the main task for this role
