Rafat has experience in engineering and construction and has worked on a wide range of unique projects including mixed-use developments, hotels, commercial from mid to high-rise range projects,  and also industrial spaces.
 
He graduated From An-Najah National University Palestine, 2002 with B.Sc.

in Civil Engineering and joined SIEC as Resident Engineer in 2017.
 
Rafat has + 20 years of professional experience mostly in Engineering Lead Consultancy and has worked with well-known clients like Dubai Properties, Emaar, Eagle Hills, and DAMAC Properties.
 
Rafat has handled various critical and challenging projects from the piling stage to the handover stage and ensured that the projects get implemented as per specifications, authority regulations, and in stipulated time with high quality.
