SIEC was approached by Nakheel to design 4 and 5 bedroom villas at Tilal Al Furjan Development.

The master plan for Tilal Al Furjan – Packages 16 to 18 situated in Jebel Ali in the Emirate of Dubai, consists of Residential and Recreational components. In this development, there will be approximately 440 single family villas and semi detached town houses .

SIEC proposes design options for Two types of Town Houses, six types of four bedroom villas and three types of five bedroom villas. Each option is designed to meet client’s criteria for GFA and specific plot sizes.

Our design approach is contemporary, with simple volumes, and with emphasis on space efficiency. This will lead to reduction of the built up area , whilst keeping room sizes same to the design brief.
