You will work closely with project managers, Infrastructure engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

  • Design Dewatering / Subsurface Drainage components for large-scale projects, including analyzing modeling, reports, calculations and client requirements to ensure specifications meet project goals

  • Review sub-consultant's submittals to verify the designs meet client requirements.

  • Dewatering Design: Design and optimize dewatering systems for construction sites, excavations, and underground structures, considering factors such as groundwater levels, soil conditions, and environmental regulations.

  • Subsurface Investigation: Conduct subsurface investigations and geotechnical assessments to gather essential data for design and construction planning.

  • Engineering Analysis: Perform engineering analyses, including groundwater modeling, to assess the impact of dewatering on nearby structures, utilities, and the environment.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to dewatering and subsurface activities, and obtain necessary permits.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams, including geotechnical engineers, hydrogeologists, and construction managers, to develop comprehensive project plans and solutions.

  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor dewatering operations, assess the effectiveness of the systems, and provide guidance for adjustments as needed.

  • Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Documentation: Prepare detailed design reports, technical specifications, and construction documents to support project implementation.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the safety and integrity of dewatering and subsurface systems.

  • Prepare cost estimate of the tender documents to the projects, and participate in cost estimate of consultant’s fees

  • Having the capability to reply to the contractors RFP’s and solve any site issues related to the design.

  • Create and present Infrastructure overviews for upcoming projects, and develop reports that include technical details for engineers as well as big-picture analysis and cost estimates for project managers and senior executives

  • Use software programs (as required) to create 2D design documents and 3D models for Dewatering and subsurface drainage according to client needs and project requirements for deliverables

  • Ability to work beyond regular duty hours whenever project status requires and submission dates.
