Shamnas Shamsudheen joins us as BIM Technologist – Dry Utilities He completed 3 Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & AutoDesk Certified Professional.

He has over 20 years of middle east CAD experience in major civil construction projects for Roads, Utilities & Infrastructure works covering a wide range of activities mainly in the fields of transportation, pipelines, and highway engineering. He has worked on iconic projects like Dubai Metro, Yas Island Water Park, Jumeirah Lake Towers, DOT Bus Stations, Khalifa port industrial zone, Jeddah Airport, Qetaifan Island & Sweihan Air base Abu Dhabi.

Responsible for the production of Infrastructure drawings/drafting for Prestigious projects from the Concept to Construction drawings of the works as per the requirements of various Government and Private Clients. Mainly for Utilities in coordination with multidisciplinary segments including architecture, mechanical, electrical, fire, and Structural departments. Scope of works include concept & detailed designs for Highways, Service corridors, Storm water drainage network, Foul water drainage network, Potable water supply network, Firefighting water supply network, Irrigation water supply network, Creating Profiles for underground utilities, District cooling network, Electricity supply network, Street lighting, Telecommunications, and ICT network.
